Griffith Seniors Expo was held recently and FCS was there.

The Griffith Senior’s Expo organised by Griffith Meals on Wheels and held at the Bagtown Function Centre was a great success.  The Forrest Centre, Forrest Community Services and Aged Care Solutions were well represented and fielded many enquiries from expo attendees interested to hear our service is locally based.  Many commented on the large number of service available for older person and one attendee, noted to have several goody bags hanging on their arm, was overheard commenting how they might need a truck to take all this information home!

A coffee van provided free coffee for attendees and exhibitors, and a delicious light luncheon ensured no-one went home hungry.
