Forrest Community Services operates a number of community based outreach services in Wagga Wagga, Tumut and Griffith.

The programs are designed to provide support and to assist clients to maintain as much independence as possible in their own home.

The programs are:

• Community Options Riverina (COPS) – Wagga Wagga and Murrumbidgee Irrigation Area
• Community Aged Care Packages (CACP) – Wagga Wagga, Tumut and Tumbarumba
• Extended Aged Care in the Home (EACH) – Wagga Wagga, Tumut and Tumbarumba.
• Regional Community Continence Advisor (Riverina region)
• Extended Age Care in the Home – Dementia (EACHD) – Tumut

Case management facilitates access to:

• Nursing care
• Personal care
• Shopping
• Light housework
• Meal preparation; and
• Laundry
